My Tomatos have turned out to be a winner! Many of you thought I didn't have a gGreen Thumb! Well, the proof is in the pudding or tomato in this case. I cured the problems by just leaving them alone. The ripened just fine with no blight at all. I do have an issue with the size.
Are those roma, cherry and hot house all on the same vine?

ReplyDeleteThey are "Early Girls". Our growing season is not very long in South Dakota. Last night was 40 degrees F so I know the frost is coming. I've always been red.

ReplyDeleteI was relieved to see the tomato picture. One day this summer while you guys were on vacation Fisher, Cherrie, and I were playing (bubble mowing) in your front yard and noticed the plants tipped over and all dried out after a windy evening. I told her you never know what Vogel is growing over there and we should just leave them be. Against my better judgment, Cher tipped them upright and gave them a drink of water. Turns out it was tomatoes and she saved your crop from the wind blown drought of 07. DM
