Bumper Crop!!!!

My Tomatos have turned out to be a winner! Many of you thought I didn't have a gGreen Thumb! Well, the proof is in the pudding or tomato in this case. I cured the problems by just leaving them alone. The ripened just fine with no blight at all. I do have an issue with the size.

  3. They are "Early Girls". Our growing season is not very long in South Dakota. Last night was 40 degrees F so I know the frost is coming. I've always been red.

  4. Hey Kevin,
I was relieved to see the tomato picture. One day this summer while you guys were on vacation Fisher, Cherrie, and I were playing (bubble mowing) in your front yard and noticed the plants tipped over and all dried out after a windy evening. I told her you never know what Vogel is growing over there and we should just leave them be. Against my better judgment, Cher tipped them upright and gave them a drink of water. Turns out it was tomatoes and she saved your crop from the wind blown drought of 07. DM
